Anpassa aktiviteternas längd och gör till exempel hellre flera kortare vandringsturer utifrån ett fast boende än att ta med små barn på en veckovandring. Ta med rikligt med matsäck och gärna gofika och gå på upptäcksfärd i Jämtland Härjededalens natur och kultur tillsammans med barnen.
